another new guy from the UK

hi all, newly registered and inexperienced so i'm looking for some more help and tips after i've turned to using PB products on my car.

its a ford escort rs cosworth in pacifica blue. i've been using blackhole, nattys wax in blue and ex-sealant over the last few months.

as i'm sure everyone likes a pic or two so here's the car in question at a few shows over here in the UK (not that we always get the weather :roll

i agree it is a shame. the 'L' at the beginging of my registration plate is a year of manufacture in the UK and was 1994 so the car is 20 years this year :smt005 :smt005

it doesn't look so bad for its age though

I know about old cars ... one of my youngest is a 91 Quad 442 (last one built of 1682 over 4 years)

I am looking forward to the re-release of the Chevy SS here in the states ... it's about the same as the Australian VF Commodore

was at a 'fins and chrome ' show over here yestarday, just a small local show but here's a small selection of the cars

and one of my car on the day

just another few pics from a show i was at on sunday. the show was called ford fair and is the biggest 'fords only' show in europe and is held at silverstone race circuit in northampton in the uk. any F1 fans will have heard of the location as its where the british F1 grand Prix is held... any way a few pics.

the day before the show the car had been given a good wash down and had a coat of SS1 then 2 coats of blackhole, then one ex-sealant.

on arrival after a quick wipe down with a damp cloth to get rid of the bugs and flies a coat of nattys red was added.
