All SSR's say on the label that they can be used on glass. In my opinion, they aren't going to fix anything other than possibly light scratches, but they may work on water spots (Assuming they are mineral deposits and not etching.).
The biggest thing to watch for when working with glass is "warping' the clarity. I haven't tried using any SSR's with a rotary on glass, but all my previous discussions with vendors of glass restoration products have been heavily peppered with warnings that glass scratch removers can distort the clarity and impede driving.
