Talked to Steve last night.. he is currently running on generator power.. from what ive been hearing they should have power back in about 3 weeks........seems to be what a lot of the states are saying.. i heard tell of someone saying a month or more in some areas

still alive .. power is out every where except one small area near my mom's house. Generator is working well at the house but no power at warehouse found a cell tower still up and am using my phone as a hot spot in a parking lot... all is well .. Pockets has been out all night rescuing people on the ambulance .. today if he still is awake, he will be out with the fire dept ...busy boy !!! Updates when I have a chance

Glad to hear all is fairly well.. tell pockets to try and not work himself to death.. we all know he isnt used to doing a lot at one time (sorry couldnt help myself)

Pittsburgh has only gotten rain and small winds i think 25 mph.. so nothing crazy... Although the road infront of my building is now closed because a bus rammed a telephone poll and a car somehow caught on fire.... so All is well for me!

I hope you stocked up on batteries etc. before this. It's amazing how fast these things move after the event. Are there even stores open to buy basics from? Or do you have to go to "street cart vendors" for the time being? I'm guessing you didn't receive too much direct damage then?

We are back up and running but have not heard from FedEx yet so shipping might not happen yet. No major damage, but the gas lines are getting longer and longer. Believe it or not there was a small area that did not lose power and it included a Panara Bread, Wendy's McDonalds, a couple Chinses Take out , two shopping centers and two gas stations ... it was like an Oasis ..lol
