With White Diamond Glaze, what shoul I use:
EX Sealant or EX-P?

The car is light silver grey

EX-P would be clearer, EX would be glossier. To look more like the White Diamond you may want to go with the EX-P.

Is that i´ve been told, that ex-p would't stick weel because has no carnauba. is it true?
Is that i prefer EX-P.

It is true that EX-P does not have carnauba.
Also, it likely will not have as long a lifespan when applied over a glaze as it would if you applied it on paint directly, but it will work over White Diamond.
